“Must Know” Technology Processes for Faculty
- Log into myCharger at https://mycharger.newhaven.edu
- View your official class roster in SSB (Self-Service Banner) and Print the photo roster from https://mycharger.newhaven.edu/web/mycharger/search-course-rosters)
- Post official grades in SSB
- View and Download your student course evaluations in Explorance Blue
- Change your University of New Haven password – Go to https://passwordreset.newhaven.edu
You will be required to complete the Self-Service Registration if you have not already done so. The self-service feature allows you to change your password in the future using pre-answered security questions.
If you do not remember your password, please contact the HelpDesk at 203.932.8324.
Canvas Training Services Portal – log into Canvas and click on the Help icon “?” on the Canvas Global Navigation Menu. Click on the Training Services Portal link. Access the Learning Library, which contains on-demand videos, and the Training Calendar, which offers live sessions. There are over 70 different opportunities for live training each month.
