Randy has been with the University of New Haven since January 2021. Randy was born and raised in Connecticut and holds a master’s degree in organizational and industrial psychology from the University of Hartford. During his career in higher education, Randy has served in areas of Admissions, Advising, and Residential Life. Randy has worked with advising and student success programs since 2010 at various institutions. Randy continues collaborating with staff and faculty advisors to develop systems and processes that increase support for student success. 

Francesca La Dore

Francesca La Dore is a graduate student from Port Chester, New York studying criminal justice. She graduated from UNH in May of 2023 with her bachelor’s in criminal justice with a concentration in Investigative Services and minors in psychology, sociology, and Russian language and culture studies. Along with at the Lee College Advising Center, she is interning at a law office in Milford and preparing to apply to law schools this fall! 

Elliot Gamelin

Elliot is a commuter from Rocky Hill, Connecticut, currently a part of the Pathway Program at the university. This previous May, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a concentration in Investigative Services and two minors in Psychology and Sociology. As an undergraduate, he was a part of multiple honor societies on campus. Elliot was also on the American Criminal Justice Association E-Board as the first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair. Currently, he is focusing on obtaining his master’s degree in criminal justice with a Victim Advocacy and Service Management certificate.

Makayla Mansur is a rising Junior from North Haven, Connecticut. Makayla is a criminal justice major with a concentration in crime victim services and a minor in political science. She aspires to be a legal aid or a crime victims advocate. Makayla’s interests include longboarding, listening to music, and playing video games.

Ian Boyce is a fourth-year student studying Criminal Justice with a concentration in Investigative Services. He is completing his graduate studies as part of the 3+1 program to become a criminal investigator. Besides his academic pursuits, Ian is an accomplished musician in the University’s marching and jazz bands. Ian is also a nature enthusiast who enjoys hiking and plant care.

Jordan is a first-year graduate student from Los Angeles, California. She graduated from California Lutheran University in May of 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies. Her interests include animals, traveling, the arts, philosophy, critical theory, sewing, embroidery, and more.
